"The rooms are nice and service is exceptional. Location is very good but be aware that this is a very different area of the Champagne region. Your in the heart of city and not in the bucolic countryside. The parking is very convenient (and about 20 Euros a day) as the parking lot entrance is right in front of the hotel. What we paid was very reasonable and the personnel/service there was 5 stars."

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from a number of restaurants and city sights, and a short cab ride from some of the larger champagne houses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone seeking some old world charm in Reims."
