"Very clean, but poor overall: TV stops working every 2-4 mins, coffee and tea not refilled during the stay.. Most importantly : i've been disturbed by the staff member at midnight, while I was sleeping, he entered my room without knocking (he supposedly scratched the door) apparently because of a water leakage somewhere. I can understand urgent matters, but you must knock before entering an occupied room. Lucky I wasn't a woman, it could have been a very bad experience. I had no commercial...

"First room the aircon heating just going up and up and the window although having a handle couldn’t open. We had to move rooms at 01:30 in the morning. Room two, no hot water for two days despite complaints and promises to rectify the problem. This hotel has lovely staff but the building is based on Fawlty Towers!"
