Good location if a short walk to the centre and local amenities was acceptable Good and plentiful on- road parking available. Well equipped accommodation with adequate cooking, kitchen and dinning equipment. TV with Netflix etc. Recommended.

L'appartement de Marie est très agréable et très bien situé pour visiter Boulogne.Il est spacieux, idéal pour une famille. Marie est très arrangeante et nous la remercions.Le seul bémol est par contre le ménage, qui ne semble pas avoir été fait. Beaucoup de poussière et de cheveux un peu partout.A part cela, parfait !

Logement très facile d'accès. Stationnement disponible gratuitement tout le long de la rue. Quartier calme et sympa à moins de 10 min de Nausicaa.Rapport qualité prix du logement impeccable et pourtant réservé pour le week-end de pâques. Logement fonctionnel et comprenant de nombreux couchages.Escaliers pour l'étage peut-être un peu raide pour des enfants en bas âge mais il y a une porte pour sécuriser la haut, donc satisfaite.Communication avec l'hôte efficace et cordial.La seule petite chose serait que le linge de lit et les serviettes serait à mon avis a changer...Nous reviendrons sûrement

Le logement aurait eu besoin d'un coup de nettoyage, il n'avait pas été balayé avant mon arrivée. Le filet qui coule du robinet du lavabo et l'eau qui peine à s'écouler dans la douche...bref, un logement très moyen que je ne recommande pas.

À 5 minutes des remparts de la ville

Une escapade en famille dans cet appartement spacieux de Boulogne sur mer. Arrivée dans les lieux sans difficulté. Idem pour se garer dans la rue sans difficulté (en cette période). Les 2 lits double permettent un bon sommeil. La salle de bain serait à rafraîchir mais elle est fonctionnelle.

Propriétaire très agréable, accueillante et arrangeante mais logement à améliorer

Le logement manque de propreté et les équipements dans l’ensemble sont à améliorer.Les ustensiles de cuisine surtout, car les poêles et casseroles sont tellement usées que cela devient nocif pour la santé. Le ménage est moyen « mouillé c’est lavé, sec c’est propre » telle doit être la devise de la propriétaire. Dommage, car avec un peu d’effort ce logement serait idéal pour des séjours de vacances. J’avais pris des photos, mais Abritel ne permet pas de les publier.

Appartement bien situé proche des fortifications de la vieille ville de Boulogne sur mer

Nous n'avons pas rencontré notre hôte Marie mais je l'ai appelée pour lui dire que nous étions bien arrivés et lui signaler que l'appartement n'était pas propre. le sol pas balayé, des morceaux de chips sur la table par exemple, le tapis de la table déchiré et sale. Dommage car l'appartement en lui même est spacieux, confort correct pour un cours séjour et surtout bien situé géographiquement.
