"The staff were some of the most helpful and wonderfully nice I’ve ever met. Truly amazing service throughout the property. Beautiful location, felt very luxury, and amazing food. The most comfortable beds ever, with thick duvets. Everything felt new."

"We booked and prepaid for a Superior Double Room with Terrace (allows 3) via Expedia. On arrival at 1 a.m., the hotel claimed our room was unavailable, tried to charge us €100 more, and placed us in a worse room with no terrace in a different building after an hour of arguing. This was a bait-and-switch experience and pure harassment. Expedia has not resolved the issue. Travelers beware- confirm directly with hotel before booking!"

"Sowohl die Zimmer, als auch das Geschirr in den Restaurants waren nie wirklich sauber. Zudem ist das Inventar auch nicht im besten Stand. Das Essen ist leider auch nicht wirklich gut. Toll ist die Bucht am Meer, die man sofort erreichen kann. Aber alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht. "

"Very clean, quaint room in Port Grimaud overlooking the canal. Staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was delightful and convenient. Easy access to St Tropez for day and night visits. A wonderful market on Sundays if you are able to be there. The last ride to St Tropez on the ferry is 6:30 pm so plan to take Ubers if having dinner.Also parking is provided close by but Sunday entry by car closes for the market so if you have luggage, be prepared.
