"Host was great to communicate with and fast. House was clean and just as pictured. House was really nicely stocked with so many items. Tons of towels, wash clothes and makeup remover clothes. Cotton balls, a-tips, shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Kitchen had tons of seasoning’s . Tea. Coffee and more. Really appreciated the stocking of all these items. "It looked exactly as pictured with a clean balcony—loved all the natural light. Our stay regarded the University of Utah which is only about a 15 minute drive away. We were near the little shopping plaza so our kids were able to enjoy the Children’s Museum and planetarium (FREE), along with a turf area for running around. We had our dog with us, so taking her down to pee/poop was close and we could see each other from the balcony. There are many restaurant choses in the plaza area previously...

We were in SLC for a graduation, so it was nice to have the open living/dining room/patio area for people to be able to hang out and visit. The only down side was that they are building a new building right next door and construction started pretty early in the morning. However that is just a short term problem and something the property manager didn't have any control...

"The building smelled a little like pot. The room smelled good though and was very clean. There were quite a few homeless people outside the building. I didn’t really ever feel comfortable leaving on foot with my family. The pool was fun. The listing said it had a travel crib that we were planning on but it didn’t have one."

We found it comfortable for 2 people with enough of the basics to be all set after a quick trip to the grocery store (having coffee and creamer was a nice touch!) The location is great. Be sure to check out 9th and 9th area for food options. We would definitely stay here again and bonus points if you update the bed pillows and towels! 😉"

"The location was on a Main Street and there was never a problem turning in and out of driveway. This is a 'basement unit' and there was plenty of light. There were guests upstairs and there was little disturbance with them walking around over us. 2 adults in one room, 2 teens in another. Communication with host was by text and they were very responsive. Clean, recently renovated, this was a perfect fit!"
