"Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht einmalig. Es atmet Geschichte auf Schritt und Tritt. Wir haben im Rahmen einer Familienzusammenkunft ein gemeinsames Wochenende im Haus verbracht und dazu war es mit seinem grossen Umschwung ideal. Wir schätzen auch, dass uns der wunderbare Swimmingpool bereits Ende Mai zur Verfügung stand. "Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le gîte est spacieux (nous étions deux familles) et nous offre le dépaysement que nous devrions à travers les photos, qui sont fidèles aux lieux. Nous avons profité de la piscine (bien que l'eau soit un peu trouble), ou de la table de ping pong...et avons même pu nous imprégner de l'âme de la maison en découvrant les trésors de la bibliothèque."

"The property did not live up to expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard by quite a long way. Kitchen equipment was rather poor and overall the kitchen fittings and appliances were somewhat tired. The garden felt rather neglected. A great shame as the situation and area were lovely and offered some lovely cycling along the canal. Despite the problems we had a peaceful and realxing stay. Needs some serious upgrading, ie handrail on stairs and very steep step into washing machine room....

"This house although not in the middle of a tourist centre is absolutely fabulous, bright and airy with plenty of space to enjoy the table football, mini snooker and we saw a table tennis table hiding in the garage waiting for outside weather I guess! The house was warm and Olivier was available to change temperatures remotely without needing to disturb us..... The kitchen is very well equipped and had we been there in the summer we would have enjoyed the pool too! The house was spotlessly clean...

"Maison au bord de la route Accueil agréable et tout le confort nécessaire présent mais la maison est au bord de la route et nous n'avons pas dormi des 3 nuits passées dans cette maison qui est également d'un autre âge..... Les voitures, camions, motos passent vite et font beaucoup de bruit, même les enfants ont eu du mal à dormir. Maison louée pour aller au Pal, 1/2h de route quand même."

"Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area. "
