Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. "A great chalet located next to Sherpa supermarket and a short walk to the centre of Chatel with all the cafes, restaurants, bakeries and Super Chatel ski lift. The chalet is very clean, well equipped (washing machine a bonus) and warm. Hosts are great and easy to communicate with. The welcome gifts are a nice touch. Will definately recommend."

"Daniel operates a good apartment. It has convenient parking in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment is clean, well supplied with amenities, and has all the conveniences. He came to meet me within 5 mins. of my call, showed us the place and explained everything. He also spent time introducing local restaurants and points of interest. "Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. "Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. Everything required was available in the studio and the view was absolutely outstanding across Lac Leman. Many many thanks for letting us stay with you."

"Location très bien placée proche de la gare et des départs de bus pour visiter la région. Pour faire les courses grande surface et boulangerie à côté. Seul point négatif le volume du frigo, il est beaucoup trop petit pour deux donc pour un couple avec deux enfants c' est quasiment impossible de prévoir pour deux jours de courses."

"The apartment is very well located for skiing and walking however, on the Verbo website, it lists two double rooms but actually there is only one. The other two are bunk rooms which was awkward with two couples. The Wi-Fi is quite weak and the non-stick pans need replacing. But the chalet is warm, comfortable and welcoming and the owner very responsive. Easy to access with good parking (except our bay was full of snow) so we parked in a visitor space of which there are several."

"Duplex apartment was exactly as described. The layout was very well thought out and worked well. It was just 4 of us staying - parents and adult children. Plenty of space in the living area with log burner - we used it in April and had to open the windows as it was too effective! The kitchen/ dining area had everything and plenty of it. "-UNRESPONSIVE HOST -Incomplete address requiring local shop keepers help to locate the unit, and to get luggage and groceries to the apartment -Unit is on 4TH FLOOR, which takes EIGHT flights of stairs to get to and there is NO ELEVATOR. -The bedroom is up an old, narrow, slippery, wooden staircase with NO LIGHTS and NO HANDRAILS. "Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...
