"As we were driving a long way, I wanted to assure that the restaurant and bar would be open in a hotel in the area. This hotel replied back saying that the bar is open all week and so is the restaurant. Booked it, arrived and the bar was not open. The kindly receptionist offered to get us a beer from the restaurant but the beer was flat and uncared for. We went to the restaurant, which had a coach trip in, and the staff could not cope with the volume, tables uncleaned, queues and thinking about that flat beer, thought it would be better to look elsewhere. Disappointing."

"Nuit plus que cauchemardesque !!!! Chasse d’eau qui a fuit toute la nuit en torrent après mon passage aux toilettes…..après 22h J’ai dû coincer avec un rouleau de papier toilette le poussoir régulièrement pour obtenir moins de bruit Hélas personne de responsable dans cet l’hôtel plus que dégradé et taché J’ai appelé la plate-forme hôtel. Com Le comble du comble en partant à 7h 30 ce matin pour la remise des clés Je fais part de mon mécontentement à la personne de l’accueil en relatant les faits c’était sa première prise de fonction ce jour…. On marche sur la tête et on nous prends pour des pigeons C’est honteux hôtel A fuir à grandes enjambées :( +++ "

"was only a contingency booking due to being flooded out at a campsite along the road. was a nice place, very clean and professional. the dinner was superb and good value, the staff friendly and helpful. they had some storm damage, but this barely affected service. bit pricey for me, but then i was expecting to camp - if you can spring a hundred euro for a night is well worth it! secure bike parking also"

"Great hotel in beautiful town. Was upgraded free of charge as the room we booked was not easily accessible with a small baby and pushchair. Room was spacious snd clean. Breakfast was good with amazing fresh orange juice!"

"We were in the annex building which was actually ideal as we could park directly in front of our room door. Packing and unpacking the car was super easy. We arrived at 9pm with kids but managed to get to the onsite restaurant. Very fast service. The pool table in the bar is a nice touch and finished off the evening perfectly. The breakfast buffet is supplementary but we'll worth it. The location near the motorway is ideal. I would like to thank Giustino especially for incredible service. "
