Phenomenal location
Julie as a host was amazing! The apartment was clean, superbly equipped. Everything we needed and more was there. The location of the apartment right at the foot of the nightslope/vigere lift was perfect! Long way to travel from South Africa, but we will definitely be back

Super Ferienwohnung für ski-/snowboardfahrende Familien
Wir wurden vorher gut per Mail/FeWo-App von Julie informiert und sehr nett von ihr empfangen. Die Anfahrt ist steil und kann Schneeketten erforderlich machen. Das gesamte Gebiet Arc 1800 wird durch eine Schranke befahren. Dies bedeutet, dass man von Samstag bis Samstag mindestens 79,50 € für einen Außenparkplatz zahlt. Wir nutzten das Parkhaus Villards (Einfahrt-Ticket von der Schranke wird bei der Einfahrt ins Parkhaus nochmal gescannt) und zahlten 99,50€ (Automat an der Ausfahrt des Parkhauses). Akzeptabel. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, modern, ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet (vollwertige moderne Küche, Nespresso- & Filterkaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, viele Kochutensilien und viel Geschirr). WLAN funktionierte gut. Ein Smart-TV (alle gängigen Apps, u. a. Netflix/Disney+/Prime) mit HDMI-Kabel war vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben. Der Ski-& Skischuhtrockenraum war super und im Appartement. Bei gutem Wetter ist aus dem Fenster der Mont Blanc zu sehen. Die Lage ist sensationell: man geht direkt neben dem Wohnungs-Ausgang eine Feuertreppe (1 Stockwerk) herunter, quert einen schmalen Weg und kann direkt die 25 Meter zu einer der beiden direkt gegenüber startenden Gondelbahnen (Transarc 1 oder Villards) gehen. Am Nachmittag kommt man direkt mit Ski/Board unten an. In Laufweite gibt es einen Sherpa-Supermarkt (gut sortiert, recht preisintensiv (man ist aber auch auf 1800m Seehöhe) und um den Mittag/am frühen Nachmittag sind die digital ausgezeichneten Preise deutlich günstiger), diverse Sportgeschäfte und Restaurants. Zur Osterzeit waren nicht zu viele Gäste in Les Arcs, sodass man den „Skipass Esentiell“ mit der extra Schnell-Anstehspur (an einigen Hauptliften) nicht braucht (wenn auf die Vergünstigungen bei Aktivitätsangeboten verzichtet werden kann). Wir wählten diesen dennoch, da uns Gastgeberin Julie vorab über ein Sonderangebot informierte (2x Pass Essential Erwachsene kaufen, 1 Pass Essential Kinder kostenlos dazu). Wir überwiesen vorab die Kosten und erhielten von Julie unsere Skipässe direkt bei Ankunft. Super Service. Alles in Allem ist das Appartement sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gern wieder.

Appartement spacieux, propre et très fonctionnel. Propriétaire très gentille et arrangeante. L'emplacement sur les pistes est idéal. Je recommande cette location en tout point !

Zeer gezellig en handig appartement
We hebben een geweldige week gehad. Het appartement is niet groot maar het heeft alles wat het moet hebben. Er zijn enorm veel opberg vakken voor lege koffers en tassen. (onder de bedden). Dat de kamers een tv hebben vonden onze kinderen ook fijn zodat ze samen konden gamen. (aanrader om nintendo of playstation mee te nemen) Ook de skilokker heeft zeer goed dienst gedaan om alles tijdig droog te krijgen voor de volgende dag. Wel adviseren wij om er met max. 8 a 9 personen te verblijven en niet de slaapbank elke dag om te bouwen. Het appartement ligt op 5 stappen van de piste en de winkels liggen op een steenworp, we stuurden zelfs onze kinderen van 11 jaar naar de winkel. Kleine kinderen laten sleeën van de berg kan prima want je kijkt vanaf het terras op de berg. Zeker een aanrader. Alvast veel plezier

Nous avons été ravi de la qualité des services que proposait l'appartement ainsi que de sa localisation. Localisation qui est d'autant plus parfaite lors de la saison ski d'hiver.
