Charming studio on the 9th floor of the residence 'Belles Challes' in the heart of the Charvet village and at the foot of the slopes, all comforts, separate sleeping area, access by train possible by Bourg St Maurice (funicular), ideal for 4 people, quiet residence, located close to the nursery and kindergarten (ESF).

Appartement très pratique, bien équipé et plutôt bien placé. Jérémy est joignable facilement. Malheureusement gros problèmes de nuisances sonores avec les 2 appart d'à côté. Intervention des vigiles sans effet. Nous n avons donc pas pu nous reposer pendant notre séjour.

Les activités proposées par la station sont incroyables,le cadre magnifique Le petit studio non rénové fonctionnel et très bien situé Dommage que des voisins ont perturbé la tranquillité : ont hurlés dans la nuit, plusieurs reprises, plusieurs nuits,musique forte et fortes odeurs de tabac ( nous dormions la porte fenêtre du balcon ouverte : chaleur ) Je recommande reprises,musique forte et forte

Emplacement idéal

Emplacement idéal pour aller au jardin d’enfant ESF, c’est très appréciable pour les enfants de ne pas avoir à marcher avec le matériel. Proche de tous commerces (village du Charvet) et de la gare routière (navettes gratuites pour aller à Arc 1600 ou à Arc 2000). Nous avons mis un lit parapluie dans l’entrée pour notre fils d’un an. La baignoire est également très appréciable avec des enfants en bas âge. Coin nuit bien séparé ce qui nous a permis de coucher les enfants plus tôt et de profiter encore de notre soirée.

Residence aux pieds des pistes. Parking proche. Bon rapport qualité prix. Description annonce conforme. Parfait pour famille 2 adultes 2 enfants qui passent leur journée en extérieur. L exposition ne permet pas de séjourner au soleil sur le balcon. Le coin nuit a l entrée, donc proche du couloir residence reste bruyant le soir si les personnes passent sans discrétion !!

Bon studio pour 3 adultes. Le propriétaire était présent lors de notre arrivée. Très sympa. Commerces à proximité ainsi que les pistes. Seul problème c'est la difficulté pour stationner.

Placé au centre du village de Charvet, l'appartement nous a permis de profiter de magnifiques vacances même sans skier. Le temps magnifique y était pour quelque-chose aussi, ainsi que la gentillesse et la bienveillance du propriétaire :).

Séjour à faire également en été pour ceux qui ont l'habitude de venir en hiver.

Je vous conseille vivement de réserver vos prochaines vacances dans ce logement car il est irréprochable et de plus le propriétaire est très accommodant pour les modalités du séjour.

Nous avions déjà apprécié ce studio quelques années en arrière. Nous avons eu plaisir a nous y retrouver d’autant plus qu’entre temps l’appartement avait été rafraichi et modernisé et les couchages mis à disposition améliorés. Nous étions 2 couples et l’intimité de chacun est respectée par la configuration et l’aménagement des lieux. On peut difficilement faire plus facile pour l’accessibilité aux pistes , aux commerces, à la navette interstations, au parking, au centre des Congrès ce qui est extrêmement agréable pour les non skieurs. Nous y reviendrons certainement.
