Quiet, southwest facing with a splendid view of the estate and the mountain, this chalet benefits from exceptional sunshine. Departure and return on skis.
Independent entrance, ski room with boot dryer, two 9m2 terraces.
Living room: non-convertible sofas, wood stove, dining area with family table.
Bedroom 1: 160 double bed, bedroom 2: 2 single beds (possibility of sticking them together), bedroom 3: 2 single beds, semi-bunk, bedroom 4: 2 single beds, semi-bunk.

Beau duplex, pièce à vivre très agréable et belle vue sur les montagnes et la vallée
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce beau duplex très confortable, propre et très bien équipé. Les contacts avant et pendant le séjour se sont très bien passés. La literie est vraiment très confortable. Le local à skis avec sèche chaussures est hyper pratique. Quelques inconvénients tout de même : les chambres aux lits superposés sont petites pour des adultes, le sentier d’accès était boueux et peu pratique et il vaut mieux avoir une voiture pour aller à la station.

Chalet très agréable
Chalet très agréable et confortable. Cuisine parfaitement équipée avec suffisamment de couverts pour 8. Ski room très pratique. La piste n'est pas loin, mais on ne part pas skis aux pieds. Il faut mieux décrire l'emplacement du chalet, nous ne l'avons pas trouvé tout de suite. Nous avons tous passé une très bonne semaine, le chalet a été apprécié par tous.

Superbe sejour
Très bonne semaine de ski passée entre amis dans ce logement très confortable. A savoir : le logement est accessible depuis la station en navette gratuite, si vous n’avez pas de voiture prévoyez de vous organiser pour les courses ! (Les matinaux pourront aller chercher le pain à ski en saison, et revenir par les pistes. C’est testé et approuvé!) Super accueil et réactivité de nos hôtes. Merci!

Excellent séjour
Chalet très agréable, spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé. Bien situé au pied des pistes, un peu éloigné du centre des Arcs 1600 (chemin piéton pas éclairé et verglacé). Ski-room très appriéciable.

Agréable appartement à proximité des pistes
L’appartement sur 2 des 3 étages du chalet est très agréable. L’équipement ménager et le canapé ne sont pas de toute première jeunesse. Si la vue en second plan sur les montagnes est très appréciable, la vue immédiate sur le parking est plus décevante. Bon séjour cependant.

Confort et calme à proximité des pistes
Superbe séjour dans ce chalet disposant d'une vue magnifique et qui héberge un groupe de huit adultes dans de bonnes conditions. Un peu l'écart de la station, il permet d'être au calme mais impose de disposer de disposer d'une voiture pour transporter le ravitaillement d'une semaine. Le ski-room et le départ/retour skis au pied du chalet est un point fort.

Des vacances de rêve en famille et entre amis !
L’appartement est bien situé par rapport aux pistes même si un peu excentré par rapport aux commerces. C’est facile de partir et d’arriver à skis ! Seul bémol, l’accès à l’appartement qui se fait par un tout petit chemin un peu verglacé. L’appartement est très spacieux et conforme à la description. Le skiroom est un vrai plus ! Literie confortable. Eau chaude nickel alors que nous étions 8. Un peu déçue je l’avoue par la propreté de l appartement. Le ménage est fait trop en superflu je trouve (mais je suis assez maniaque…) : par exemple l’intérieur des placards n’était pas nickel, les vitres non plus. Je remercie M.Thomir pour sa réactivité, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse! C’est vraiment appréciable ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Un séjour idéal aux Arcs
"L'appartement chalet" est idéalement placé, un peu en hauteur des Arcs 1600, à 50 mètres du bas de pistes bleues. Evacué le souci pour se garer à la station! D'une belle superficie sur deux étages, le logement est très bien conçu. Deux des quatre chambres ainsi que le vaste séjour bénéficient d'un large balcon avec un belle exposition. Cuisine moderne très bien équipée, décoration sobre et de bon goût. Un plus avec un local à skis à l'entrée équipé d'un porte-chaussures chauffant. Tout s'est conjugué pour passer une semaine très agréable. Nous reviendrons !
