"Restaurant was good but the bed had collapsed and by the time we turned in there was no reception staff so we had a very poor night in a crap bed, it must have been obvious when the room was made up but disregarded. On check out we were given a meagre discount on the meal wine. Frankly pi** poor service for English guests camouflaged by lack of any basic English language you would never think it was compulsory at school for years. Love France and the French had a house here for years but customer service is a lottery in budget hotels. Gallic shrug take it or leave it such a shame."
