The staff didn’t speak English and our French is limited but we all managed to communicate and they were helpful, kind and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel which was delicious. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it!
