Room not spacious but big enough.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

"We loved staying here on our first trip to Kingston! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and super welcoming. We’d stay here again and highly recommend!"
"The accommodation was very homely, and having home cooked breakfast was a lovely touch. Walking distance from the local shops and train station made it very convenient to get around and get what i needed on a daily basis. Highly recommended and will visit again."
"This hotel was cheap and cheerful. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy and check in was nice and easy with friendly hotel staff. We used the free parking outside the front of the hotel where there were numerous spots available.
I would happily stay here again in the future. "

"This is a fun place to stay. I booked a safari-themed family room to sleep 5 even though it was just me staying. Room rate included parking, breakfast and use of the pool.
Room was a little tired but clean and perfectly fine for an overnight stay. There’s no overhead light in the bedroom area (just the corridor by the door) so it could be a challenge if you plan to read, etc. There’s a fridge in the room which can be a little noisy but I slept fine with my usual earplugs.
The bunk beds had complimentary Freddo frog chocolates so I enjoyed those.
The pool is a lovely bonus. It wasn’t busy when I stayed as it was a weekday during school term.
There’s a bar and two restaurants. The food options are mostly burgers, pizzas and ‘from the grill’ options. Not much for a vegetarian so I chose the two cocktails for £18 option and had packed snacks back in my room.
While this isn’t aimed at the single adult overnight stay, I’d definitely stay again. Nice people and a fun place to stay. It cost the same as a more standard B&B which wouldn’t have given me the chance to see giraffes and zebras at breakfast.
I met other single travellers who also felt this was a bargain midweek and much better than a standard hotel. Everyone was leaving happy in the morning. "
"Beautiful hotel built in 1881, and updated tastefully. Superior deluxe room was spectacular. Would recommend to all and definitely stay again. Gives an authentic English feel to staying near London. Bus stop just a few blocks away made it convenient to use transportation. Can use all buses and get to train station via the bus. "
"Super convenient for Teddington, River walks and the station. Excellent faculties and grounds which is exceptional in London. And having access to the gym is brilliant. "
"Good place to stay if you go to London with car. Parking is free at night at the streets around no worries. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Standard staff services."
