"Was surprised how very near the main road it was and the parking spot was rather awkward. The ad makes it look rather village-y where in fact it is really urban. That said, it is a lovely house, well kept and we enjoyed our stay. Very near everything you need."

"Aldi Morrisons and McDonald's are a couple of mins drive. Restaurants and shops 10 mins slow walk but car park also near by shops. Comfortable stay, we used as a base for biking 15 miles round Rutland water. Double bedroom on ground floor with toilet by the door. Then another double on top floor with ensuite shower room. A twin room and a bunk bed room with main bath room and over bath shower. Very good for large families. We didn't use the kitchen because chippy was also good near by. "

"Stayed for a few days after Christmas. Ages from 7 to 68, and all felt comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Able to cook large roast dinner. Smaller oven a little difficult to access but can be done. Hot tub loved by all. Microwave, games machine, large Tv all available. Large enclosed garden. Owner reply’s to enquiries almost immediately. Excellent service. Thank you very much."

"Sue and Jim are very friendly and welcoming and pleasant to talk with. I loved the place as soon as we arrived and went in the door. It’s very open inside and nicely decorated, a good mix of old and new, and it’s very light when the sun is shining. It’s also well insulated, so no need to worry about getting cold if staying between late autumn and early spring. The accommodation is very clean! "The property has a high standard, there are a few things however that could be improved on. Wardrobe space is sadly lacking and could be placed on the landing. Also a chair in the bedroom. Please dont be so stringy with the toilet rolls. Willprobably"

"The house was just perfect for what we were after. A reunion of friends, where we could just catch up, chill, eat food, drink wine, go for a walk... The house ticked all our boxes. Communication was great. No issues."

"Really beautiful house, and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay - all the little things had been thought about. The renovation of the barn has been done very sympathetically keeping many of the original features on the old building. Great hosts, on hand for anything you need. Would recommend. "
