Comfortable bed. And near shops, beach, and transport.
Very comfy bed I slept well! Convenient location, not much parking but you can park on the road between 7pm and 10am.
Walls are thin so you can hear other people coming in and doing whatever else they are doing but this isn’t the hotels fault as they do have notices for guests to be considerate.
Nice cheap room for 2 nights, loved the added bonus of lounge and garden as well as use of microwave and toaster.
No frills rooms, but cheap compared to other places which looked worse. Was very comfy mattress.

The room was basic, reasonably clean and quiet. Had everything required for a short stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. There was toast, juice, tea and coffee provided. We were greeted with a friendly face.
A pleasant place to stop for a few days.
Beach was near by and the High Street was within walking distance.
Theresa was very hospitable and friendly.
I will be back next summer.
We have planned stay at the hotel for our family of 4.
The staff was really friendly and helpful. Great communication. It is short walk from the Boscombe pier so great location. Although there is no kitchen facility in the hotel, there is tea, coffee and toast available to guests in the morning. Definitely recommended. The bathroom in room little bit small but it had been sufficient for the stay.
It served our purpose; Not a luxury/ best, but it helped with what we needed for the night's stay; They offer breakfast. Also, there is a garden to eat dinner (outside). They will not provide lunch or dinner. But you can bring your own (food) and consume it.
Room was ok,floor very dirty as i walked bare footed,coffee/tea accessed only in the dinning room lobby, iron for clothes to be shared by all located outside corridor dah!🙄🤔no hairdryer ..no toiletries in the toom.1 handwash was there in the toilet but like a drop used only..so bad! Good 1 night only.

Clean and tidy.
Hotel was clean and tidy. I was informed before my arrival that my room of choice was no longer available and was offered an alternative. The room was quite cold when I got there as the weather was poor. There was only 1 radiator for a large room. It did eventually warm up. Parking is extremely limited, only 2 or 3 spaces on the front. I don;t know where you'd park if you can't on there as almost no other parking on the street.
A lady served us on arrival and she was very friendly and explained every facility they had there. Very clean and organised atmosphere. The unhappy part of it, was that the parking was very tight for three spaces and I had a fear if someone scratches my car. And other huge issue was the joint bathroom and toilet was tooooooo small . Someone can just stand it but can’t move you body around or you’ll hit something around you. Electric sockets are not on convenient place. Sink was in the bedroom, so if you wash yourself, it’ll wet everywhere.
