Nice hotel

Nice hotel with lovely service. Breakfast is excellent. I wouldn’t rate this hotel 4star maybe 3 star and needs a little updating in places but overall a good hotel.

The hotel is in an amazing location! Right on the beach and walkable distance to the centre. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The rest of the hotel is a little out dated but still a nice hotel. The one thing that really did let this place down is the staff. Everyone we met was very unwelcoming, we didn’t even get a hello when we checked in. I don’t think we saw one member of staff smile and it is a shame because this hotel has so much potential to be even better. I would stay here again because the location is great but I wouldn’t hold out any expectations to be greeted in a friendly way or made to feel welcome.

Truly worth a stay at this lovely hotel

We travelled from London to make the most of the sunshine. This was a return visit, as we have stayed before and love its location, 1min walk to pier and beach. On arrival, greeted by a lovely young lady on reception. I cheekily asked if there was a sea view room available, as we booked a standard room, without hesitation she upgraded us to a lovely room with views over the pier and beach, large king size bed and a dressing and seating area. During our stay the staff where lovely, friendly and helpful. Defo third return. Would highly recommend.
