Room & bathroom clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, but due to being busy, had to wait for a few items to be topped up. Bed very firm and room too hot on arrival, did cool down after a while when thermostat turned down

Fantastic Location

Decent size room, very clean rooms, big size beds and to top it all off fantastic air conditioning for the hot weather, would stop here again in the future if I ever go back to Bournemouth.

Great choice!

Such amazing place to stay as a family. The room is spacious and has clean rooms and good facilities. Everything is explained by the staff during check in times. Good food to start the day with their buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel in a good location. Comfortable rooms friendly staff. Only down side was no instructions for room heating or TV use and if you are tall you might find the toilets a bit low?
