"Location is everything… right off the popular street Bourbon… it is loud at night but everything is within walking distance and the city car is just a 2 block walk. Our stay was for 5 nights and had no issues. Place was clean and easy to access. Parking garage is a must. Already planning another trip and checking availability."

"House was comfortable and clean, felt safe. Host was very responsive. All our requests were met."

"The accommodations were just as expected. They were clean, everything was just as advertised. Finding the front door was little tricky, but the neighbors were really friendly and helpful. The parking was little tricky, but we figured it out. The condo was conveniently located close to bourbon street."

"The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!"

"We were in town for a wedding and a few extra days of exploring. This location was perfect as it is only a few blocks from Bourbon street and near everything we wanted to experience in the French Quarter and downtown area. The property was awesome for 2 couples…two rooms each with king beds and en suite bathrooms. Would highly recommend."

"You cannot beat this property for its location to the French Quarter, riverfront and wonderful restaurants. The only slight drawback is the air conditioning is not the greatest but the ceiling fans help. Otherwise, the communication with the host was excellent and the property was great."

"We liked how large the rooms were. Everything was fully stocked which was nice. The kitchen knives were terribly dull which was annoying but not the end of the world. The only pan in the apartment was an old nonstick pan which was all scratched and flaking off which is toxic so we had to make everything in a pot. The pool was continuously dirty and foggy, we decided not to use it because it was so dirty. All in all, it was a nice stay and we appreciated having all the amenities of home while on...

"Great location, just a few blocks from Bourbon street and close to restaurants and amenities. Clean, comfortable room with a fully-equiped kitchen, standard breakfast with good coffee and a good selection, exercise room, laundry, patio and pool. Friendly, professional staff complete with a concierge to assist with any questions about nearby attractions and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again."
