"We loved how reasonable the place was, and how close it was to the airport. However, the mattress was pretty cheap, the shower in room number four was clogged and began to overflow pretty soon after beginning the shower. Finally, a shuttle one-way cost 42 pounds which seems unreasonable for a 10 minute drive. Taxis were cheaper but they were still 30 pounds. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, you can take the subway and it’s not too bad of a walk. "

"The room was very clean and tidy and luckily, a fan was provided because it was very warm up there due to the heatwave. The guy on reception was very friendly and informative and gave us simple instructions to get to our room. The guest house is only a 5 minute walk away from the tube station so it was a very good location and the area was nice with a lovely bakery just up the street, but also Costa not too far either. Highly recommend and we will keep it in mind when we return"

"I had a good room sufficient furniture, good lighting. The property is well served by buses and has adequate parking. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and easy to find."

"Very friendly hotel, staff were excellent and helpful. Thank you for providing a fridge for my room. However, I feel the decor and facilities could do with a freshen up. My shower and taps were old and could do with replacing. My mattress wasn’t that comfy. The dining area was very good, and the breakfast was excellent. Parking and location are other positives. I would stay again. "

"Nothing to dislike, clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Wasn’t expecting a fridge a safe and a coffee maker and bottled water in the room . So all that a big plus All round a definite yes from me. (And I’m hard to please) I would definitely stay again. Close to tube restaurants bars shops etc. Efficient way of getting into room with door code etc "

"Pleasant place to stay ,staff friendly and accommodating. It's a very old building so it's ideal for a one off stay or a couple of nights . Room was clean but the shower needed a clean ."

"Pay attention to the check in/deposit process. After check in an email should be sent and a request for a deposit. After the deposit, instructions on your room and how to get in will be sent. Other than that the come and leave as you go is nice and convenient."

"I liked #20 because it was on ground floor. I shared this suite of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a friend. We made our own breakfast with cereals and fruit which was just fine. 5 minute walk to the Abbey. The place is an excellent value. "
