"We had to leave a day early due to a family member being called into work due to an emergency another employee had so we contacted the hotel and expedia before the deadline to cancel or change and both LIED and blamed the other one saying it was their fault…. Both are completely incompetent and complete crap to deal with. So we checked out a day early on our own dime."

"The staff was nice and friendly the room was ok it was right next to the pool and smelled of chlorine all the time. Would of liked the place better if it was in a different location kinda like a old industrial area"

"We enjoyed our quick stay at the Hampton Inn in Elkins. It's close to the downtown restaurants and stores. They had a decent breakfast, no one left hungry. The pool was small, but the kids really enjoyed swimming. They have a gym open 24hrs with a good variety of weights and workout equipment, all in good condition. The room was a good size and seemed clean. I would stay here again, if I'm in the area."

"This is our second time to this hotel with no disappoint. Also having a restaurant and the complimentary breakfast, there’s no need to leave. The staff were friendly. This room was a little smaller and tight when you first walk in but overall it was nice."
