"the sink drain didn’t work properly so the water was stuck there for a long time making it hard to use the sink. other than that the room was ok, but the seat cushions had stains and a random clothing wipe was left on the desk, i guess they forgot to remove it after cleaning. the staff was helpful but did not like the tone of the manager, because i am a young customer"

"Main room is too dark! Needs an overhead or wall light. Sensor lights in bathroom are not a good idea-you don’t want the lights coming on when someone uses the bathroom at night. We taped a facecloth over the switches and that worked. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. We requested a quieter room this time as the previous one had too much runway noise and frequent running water sounds. We got an end room on the 5th floor that was very quiet. Note you need to use your passkey to use the elevator- it isn’t obvious that this is required. People ahead of us couldn’t get the elevator to go -the doors would close and nothing would happen."
