"The room and hotel were nice and clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was great! However I booked this hotel because it said it had a pool. There was no pool available! I was traveling with several children and was looking forward to the use of the pool."

"Staff was amazing, extremely friendly and property was clean. They have a kickback every night where they put out a small spread, changes nightly, where smoked pulled pork, nachos, baked potatoes etc.. were that nights items, along with a card for 3 drinks from the kickback bar for each night of stay. Then there is the breakfast in the morning, excellent spread. Between those 2 things that covers supper and breakfast. This hotel chain has always been amazing for us!"

"We arrived late and there was a person working the front desk. Had to call a number & wake someone up to check in. The property itself looks NOTHING like the photos used. A huge misrepresentation! We arrived at 3:30AM and there were at least 10 different people loitering in the parking lot, we witnessed what had to have been an illegal transaction taking place. This property felt so unsafe that we left and slept in the parking lot of a truck stop instead. BUYER BEWARE! We tried unsuccessfully to get a refund. Please, please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. "
