"They need to do better. They advertised WI-FI but it was never good in any of the rooms I have stayed in. Everything is outdated. They do not clean the rooms properly. The towels are old permanent stains and cheap qualities like foams all over your body after you clean yourself with them. I was only booking them because it’s near my workplace and it’s a little bit cheaper compared to other ones. But the last straw for me was after I slept in room 208, I woke up with a lot of something that looked like allergies or I got bitten by something. I informed the lady and let her know this is the last time I will ever book them. My skin is full of rashes now. I believe it could be allergies from their cheap detergent they used to wash those bedsheets. "

"had a fantastic stay at Express Inn & Suites! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk team was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail."

"Amenities and pics of the rooms were accurate. We could not access the laundry room despite contacting the host about it. Neighbors smoked a lot of marijuana which wafted into the hallway and into the living room of the condo we were in. Lots of outside noise at night. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Would consider adding a Keurig K Cup coffee pot instead of a drip model."

"Property wasn’t really that clean and it smelled like a wet dog. Found an old press in nail and earring in the living room floor, Back patio area was littered with trashed and a landfill of dog poop, very unacceptable and unprofessional.Towels and wash clothes looked more like old version that would be used to clean the house than to have for guest use. There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs neighbors have little kids and is very loud late night and early morning with heavy running through thin ceiling. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and a bit seedy but didn’t have any issues or conflicts. Overall it is not worth the prices, especially when so much money is allocated towards cleaning fee and it doesn’t appear to be utilized properly."
