"Nice hotel, clean and close to our venue. The air conditioner was loud though and 2 days in a row, the “hot water” was warm, not hot enough for my tea. Expensive 2 nights stay. "

"First, guests need to know that there is no-in person desk attendant. The front desk attendant is virtual. She was super pleasant. The only issue I had was that my receipt wouldn’t print. We had no issue with her distributing the key card through the kiosk. The rooms were really clean. The bed was super comfortable! The A/C is one of the older units you would see back in the day, but it does a great job of cooling the room. My only gripe was that it wouldn’t stay on continuously ( even when it wasn’t set on auto), so when it would cut off, you could hear all of the nearby traffic. Overall, it was a good stay. Just adjust your expectations."
