At other hotels in Rapid City, employees will literally groan, sigh heavily and become noticeably upset when I request a late checkout. So, all of my gratitude to this property!"

"Great staff clean hotel room however I would recommend y’all getting fridges in the rooms like mini fridges but maybe mine just didn’t have one and you can request a room with one. Otherwise, I thought it was a great stay. The airport shuttle is a huge benefit and it’s very inexpensive. Much cheaper than any cab you could have gotten in the city which runs about 50 bucks I found"
