"Room was really clean. Staff was friendly and kind. Bed was comfortable. I did not get the chance to use pool, hot tub or fitness room but they looked huge. Hot breakfast was great. Definitely will stay there again when I go back."

"If you have kids, this is the place to be. Huge water park with fun and friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. I was expecting to hear a lot of kids running up and down the halls but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice place to stay."

"Not impressed at all. The back door's lock was broken and has been for a while according to the front desk. Luggage carts were in the hallway blocking the elevators. In the room there was a desk with another lower desk under it, a little weird since there were no casters to roll the lower desk out. The desk chair was too small for the lower desk and forget about using it for the upper desk. The chair and ottoman looked like it had been left on the side of the road, dirty and smelly. The pillows were maybe 12" x 12" way to small for anyone to feel comfortable using while sleeping or propped up to watch TV. There was also soap scum in the shower. The breakfast had a nice variety however I feel it could have been arranged better. Plasticware on one side of the island, plates and napkins on another side. Coffee cups weren't near the coffee carafes. The sugar, creamer, milk and stirrers were in between. All in all, I didn't feel comfortable at this hotel and with many others so close I would recommend staying at another place than this one. Will not be back."

"The breakfast attendant was rude and her body language spoke for her. IDK if we were to slow for her but she was wiping around us as we were in the breakfast line getting our food. Just slammed the lid to the food and didn't say excuse me or wasn't even welcoming as we walked in. Most workers would greet with a smile and say good morning."

"Breakfast was basic, not too great but sustaining. The waterpark is awesome, my daughter loved the 2 hours we were able to swim during our 2 night stay. Winter hours were only 4pm to 9pm, so our vacation was about a month too early :("

"I really enjoyed my stay. I booked the "business" room and it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Convenient TV already set up for watching Netflix or YouTube and easy to sign into your own account. The bed was comfortable, my only complaint is that the pillows are like 6 little squares instead of just 2 regular size pillows. Not horrible, just not what I'm used to. Next time I will bring my own pillows. I could also hear the guests walking around in the room above mine (218) at 5am and the elevator equipment running but not really hotel's fault. The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice, I really like the 2 hot tubs set up. The towels were always fully stocked. I did notice it could use a new ceiling but that didn't take away from the experience, I'm just observant. The gym is small but a person can get in a decent workout. Better than nothing! Overall I had a great time and I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in the Black Hills area!"
