"The room was good and clean and comfy, I would have appreciated a few more clean towels when asked by the housekeeper staff, breakfast was not the best, but not the worst, I feel you should offer more handicap accessible parking, most staff were friendly, I would recommend changing up breakfast a bit daily like offer waffles or pancakes and bacon some days instead of sausage and maybe over some gluten free items and fresh fruit"

"We generally enjoyed our stay with the highlight being the central location in Gatlinburg. The staff was great, the free breakfast was surprisingly good (the biscuits and gravy were delicious) and the parking was convenient. The property feels old, kind of stinks and our room was very dated but it was clean. My daughter loved the pool area as well. In general it was a nice stay but I do wish it felt more updated and that the beds weren't so rickity."

"Everything that was promised was delivered. Beautiful scenic little back porch area overlooks the Little Pigeon River, which makes for a nice backdrop considering that part of 441 is lit up like the Vegas Strip. It’s nice to have a space in the middle of all that which still feels away from all that if you want it. Housekeeping came daily, fresh towels and cleaning up. Breakfast is good, could use some fresh fruit and plant-based milk, but that’s not a dealbreaker for us. We enjoyed chatting with fellow travelers of all types and ages, and we’d stay there again if spending a few nights in downtown Pigeon Forge."
