Located in the heart of Boyne Falls and just one mile from Boyne Mt resort! This historical building is over 120 years old and is a staple in the town! Our guests can enjoy all that Boyne Mt has to offer and also enjoy a spacious house to themselves!

The Space:
This historical building is over 120 years old and is a staple in the town! Enjoy a full kitchen, large living room, 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, private back yard and MORE!

Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo.

The Neighborhood:
The town is quaint, but don't let that fool you! It is equipped with everything for a great stay! The Boyne Mt resort has endless fun for you and your group- if you'd like to "play" off resort grounds there are a few restaurants and a small convenient store down the road for groceries and things you may need!

Interaction with Guests:
If you have any questions please refer to the QR codes that are in the condo. Simply aim your smart phone camera at the QR code and explore our menu of FAQ and procedures needed for you check in and check out! If you need further assistance: for the quickest response it is best to message us through your booking channel (ex: Airbnb, Booking, Hopper, VRBO, etc.). Cute and cozy

We had a very nice stay. I was worried about the parking but you can fit 4 cars into the driveway. For those who do not know how to use a stove and oven, there is not a microwave.I would rent this property again.
