The room was larger than I expected and absolutely immaculate. I’ve stayed at many hotels and resorts over the years, and this was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever experienced. There were plenty of options for food and drinks right on the property, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout my stay. I was thoroughly impressed and definitely plan to stay here again soon!

From the first moment I checked in I was treated like Royalty. The Chalet Edelweiss was a beautiful suite overlooking the ski slopes The Shower was huge with two heads plenty of hot water. The bed was like sleeping on a Cloud. The Coffee was high grade A very quiet room . I enjoyed the S’mores night by the fire

Everything was amazing, from the amenities to the staff. Plenty to do right there on the property without having to leave. We did the waterpark, sky bridge which was beautiful, ziplined and ate at several of their restaurants. The room was more of a large apartment, 2 bedrooms one with a king and the other had 2 queen beds, along with a pullout couch bed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen and living room. We did have a little hickup but the staff solved our issue without a second thought, means a lot that they actually care about their guests and didn't have to hassle. 10/10 recommend staying there!

Beautiful grounds and hotel! Really nice room with a big bathroom. Service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Enjoyed being able to walk to the Skybridge, the water park, and the shops. Very nice resort!!
