The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and we kept saying "when do we move in?" If you love a private country retreat surrounded by neighbouring farms, wineries and nature, this is for you."

"What a beautiful find! Though it is an apartment, it has the quality of a real swanky cottage getaway. Having access to the entire back garden gave us room to breathe, serenity and privacy — not to mention ample room for our wandering dog to move around safely. The covered terrace is a delightful extension of the living space, which itself is clean, beautifully decorated and well furnished. The bathroom is immaculate and luxurious — the heated floors and towel rack are a thoughtful touch! Our only complaint was finding out after booking that pets were not allowed on the furniture inside and out — it’s an understandable rule for longevity of the space, but it made for an added stress we weren’t expecting from a pet-friendly accommodation. I would also recommend any future guests to bring a towel to clean your animal’s paws, the moist red dirt of Bridgetown clings fast! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Bridgetown is worth spending time in — we went on three gorgeous walks, a kayak down the river, and enjoyed perusing all the artisanal goods to be found! "

"Absolutely beautiful property. The cottage is cosy, with all amenities and supplies for a luxurious stay. Breathtaking views from the very moment daylight emerged. The friendly advice and greeting of welcome from Gill and James were most appreciated. The property is central to Bridgetown, Balingup, Manjimup and Nannup. We would happily return for a little rest and relaxation."

"This was an amazing property in the perfect location. We wanted a winter holiday, with a big pot belly stove and lots of doggy walks options nearby!!!! Easy walk into town and local general store/bottle shop. Riverside walks were amazing. We absolutely loved it!!! "

"Incredible. This is was the cutest little farm stay ive seen and the hosts were lovely to communicate with even when i asked if they happened to have an outdoor fire drum. They were there to meet us on arrival lighting the fire drum for us. The house was warm and comfortable and especially loved a little walk and saying good morning to the animals around. Would definatly stay again and have already reccomend to friends "

"On arrival we were already stunned by the beautiful scenery, the animals and little shop on entry, following the instructions to get to Tiny Matilda the scenery continued to stun us, Tiny Matilda did not disappoint , the venue is gorgeous a perfect space to reconnect, relax and decompress. Our children aged 6 and 13 both thoroughly enjoyed the stay, seeing the animals farm and wildlife included and also sleeping on the loft bunk bed ! Everything is practically included making it so easy to arrive and stay and town is only a short drive away, the Tiny Matilda was beautifully warm on arrival, well presented and clean. Definitely would love to stay again! The hosts are super kind always giving a kind smile or wave on passing. "
