We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours! The mattress was very uncomfortable. "Viele dinge sind noch ausbaufähig, von der Klimaanlage müsste man den Filter wechseln, Tisch war mit sehr vielen Kratzern beschmückt, manche ecken im Bad waren nicht schön. Tür war Kaputt bzw. konnte man nicht richtig abschließen. Frühstück und Personal waren Top haben ihr Bestes gegeben, um einen zufrieden zu stellen ist ein ok Hotel 3/5* würde ich geben für einen kurzen Trip ist das in Ordnung"
