Top class hotel

Could not fault my stay at Phi Cavalieri. The on site restaurant serves the most excellent food and the staff are amazing. The rooms are of a very high standard with everything that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Bra.

Our room didn’t face a proper shower. Only a spa bath and a hand-held nozzle. I can’t score a room or hotel highly when there’s no proper shower. For the rate we paid, I would think that’s a minimum requirement. The hair dryer was also useless.

Reception ottima. Camera molto bella. Caldo il bagno, abbiamo trovato invece la stanza fredda. Il termostato segnava 24 gradi, ma nella stanza ve ne saranno stati 16-17. Abbiamo utilizzato le coperte in dotazione nell'armadio. Il mattino la signora alla reception ci ha detto che probabilmente vi era stato un problema di riscaldamento. Essendo sotto zero fuori (6 gennaio) ci si augurava un'altra temperatura. Comunque niente di irreparabile.

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et propres, personnel agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux varié et très bon. Possibilité de se garer facilement devant l'hôtel gratuitement sans problème. Seul bémol pour le restaurant de l'hôtel que nous avons trouvé trop cher pour ce qu'il propose.

Room was clean and spacious. Shower setup not ideal. Breakfast was good, we liked the option to prepare ourselves a fresh vegetable/fruit drink. For our drink we had t wait 10 minutes at the bar. Staff is friendly.

Chambre propre, spacieuse, literie parfaite, petit déjeuner également. Le seul problème que j'ai eu cette fois c'est que je trouve INACCEPTABLE que lors du check In on ne nous informe pas qu'il y a un mariage juste dessous les fenêtres (restaurant annexe de l'hôtel) jusqu'à en tout cas 3 h du matin. Payer une chambre pour ne pas dormir je vais ailleurs!, ou ils auraient pu nous déplacer sur l'autre côté de l'hôtel. Pas de dédommagement, j'hésite à y retourner car c'est un manque de respect du client.

Zeer huisdiervriendelijk. Ontbijt was ook uitgebreid. Ze hadden effe pech met de koffieautomaat maar dat werd door het personeel geregeld. Enige dat we miste was een zwembad en uitleg over de ondergrondse parkeergarage.

hotel sympa , personnel pas sympa du tout

Hotel sympa, propre , par contre le personnel n est pas du tout sympa ... que ce soit à l accueil ou au service petit dejeuner ... pas un sourire , pas un service - pire pas de service au petit dejeuner avec une cafetière non operationnelle et personne pendant 20 mn pour la remettre en route ...... Seule la femme de ménage dans le couloir , sourit et nous dit bonjour :-)

Le camere, spaziose e arredate in stile classico, sono dotate di tutti gli accessori per il benessere e la cura personale. La colazione a buffet è ricca e variegata, con una selezione di prodotti locali, dolci e salati. L’hotel si trova in una posizione ideale per esplorare Bra e rappresenta anche un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le città delle Langhe.
