I've never written a negative review before but here we go: - I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). "This hotel exudes yesteryear charm. We were so happy with our huge room and gorgeous balcony overlooking the central courtyard garden. Its location was perfect for us: close to all the historical sites and a simple walk to Rome Termini. We dined in the restaurant several nights and the food and service was always very good. Breakfast was always a highlight with a briad range of choices. I definitely recommend this hotel. "
