"The hotel is clean and well maintained and very centrally located. Check-in was hassle free and we received a phone call an hour after we arrived to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was well maintained with a tasteful and minimal Mediterranean aesthetic. I love that every room has a balcony and jaw dropping view. The staff here are the stars of the show. For breakfast the buffet is excellent and one of the servers, Eleanora was absolutely exceptional. She is kind and sweet and does everything with a smile and efficiency. I also had dinner at the restaurant and our server, Giuseppe, really gave a 5 star dining experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the caliber of food and service in the restaurant. "

"Property and staff were great. Complementary breakfast was also fantastic. Area itself is quiet. Only thing that location is quite remote, thankfully had a car. They do offer free shuttle service so you can make it work. "

Thank God this place has a porter to help with the luggage. Those who have stayed in Positano known how hard it is to walk down and up stairs with luggage. We stayed in the ocean view with a balcony room and it was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again."
