Inside, the home boasts high-quality finishes and a gourmet kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the stunning beach views. With two spacious bedrooms, including a master with a king bed and a guest bedroom with two queen beds, all furnished with new superior-quality mattresses, and new pillows a restful night's sleep is ensured for every guest. Each bedroom features a flat-screen television, and the two deluxe bathrooms with natural stone finishes create a spa-like atmosphere.

Great location and beautiful condo!

We had the best stay! We went with our 16 and 21 year old and it was perfect. The location is unbeatable. There were restaurants in walking distance as well as a short drive. The condo was impeccable and had everything you needed, from pool toys to games. The appliances were top of the line and perfect furniture for a beach vacation. The beds were so comfortable. It was so quiet inside, you couldn’t hear cars or upstairs neighbors. I honestly can’t say one negative thing. Thank you for a great vacation!!

Perfect Trip

The home was just as described. Clean. Very comfortable soft master bed. Firmer queens with memory foam in second bedroom but very comfortable for my teen. Not a busy beach even during spring break. The balcony was the perfect spot for me every evening. Nice big tv in the living room. The neighborhood north and south was safe. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. The Ugly Grouper had the best grouper sandwich of all the restaurants I tried.

Beautiful clean spacious condo. Amazing views from the balcony with a gorgeous white sand beach! Amazing view of the sunsets from the balcony. The host Debbie is wonderful and accommodating, we will definitely be back!

Great condo located right on the ocean! Our family enjoyed walks along the beach, sunsets, activities in town and around the island area. The Publix grocery store was very convenient, we had access to everything we needed yet we loved our days spent on the beach the best. I would recommend this condo! Debbie is a wonderful host and addressed all of our needs. We would gladly come back to this location!

What a beautiful place !

The condo looks exactly like it does in the pictures, everything was perfect. The beach was amazing. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails at sunset on the patio. The pool was great and the location was quiet and peaceful. Shopping and restaurants were just a minute or two away. The owner was very friendly and easy to reach. We will be back next year.

It was wonderful to wake up and end the day with the beautiful view of the beach.

We spent a week with another couple in the condo and lack of space was not an issue The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we could think of available even for going down to spend the day at the beach. We would not hesitate to recommend Debbie’s property to anyone! Debbie is quick to respond to emails and that is usually with a phone call which made us feel more comfortable with our decision in renting from her & hopefully we can again in the future!!

Excellent rental!

My husband and I spent a week at the condo celebrating our 40th anniversary and we had an amazing stay! The condo is perfect and right on the beach! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you would need to cook meals (although, we didn't cook but enjoyed eating seafood all over the island!) We spent a lot of our time enjoying the spacious balcony-having coffee in the mornings and enjoying the beautiful sunset views in the evenings. Debbie was so easy to work with during the rental process and just a phone call or email away during our stay. We definitely plan to rent again. The island is beautiful with so many things to do! Thanks, Debbie, for making our stay memorable!

Christmas on the Beach

My family and I truly enjoyed our holidays in this beach front condo. You can walk directly onto the beach -no crossing over a street. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets while enjoying cocktails on the balcony. The unit has been beautifully remodeled. The feel is modern, light, and breezy. All new appliances and smart TVs. The unit is stocked with beach gear - so no need to rent anything. The owners, Debbie and Claudia, are extremely responsive, and attended to my questions/needs with lightning speed. The only negative is that the pool is in the back of the complex, so there is no beach view while swimming. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice beach getaway

We had a very nice week renting this condo. It had a beautiful view of the ocean! The sunsets were great. We were wishing the pool had been next the ocean side but it was never crowded. It was just one story down and just a few steps to get the beach. We utilized the beach chairs and toys and Umbrella. The kitchen was well appointed. Nice appliances, service ware etc. The condo was very cozy and clean. Also it is short walk down to a beach restaurant that we went to several times. Big variation of restaurants nearby to drive to but we believe were there at peak winter break time and the heavy traffic was a bit of a bummer. Other than that everything was good! A very nice beach vacation Also Debbie the owner was very helpful and kind!

Best Beach Location

My 88-year-old father, who had a place on Sanibel, and has gone there for the past 35 years said this condo has the most spectacular view of the Gulf and beach that he has ever experienced. My wife and I agree. It is fantastic. Not only is watching the sunset outstanding, viewing the constellations and planets in the night sky is also terrific. We could clearly see Jupiter and Mars on one of the nights we were there. As for the condo, clean and well appointed. Sand was mentioned in one previous post. We did not find it a problem. There is a hose in the middle of the parking area that is easy to use before heading back up to the condo. If you want to eat out there many restaurants nearby. Our favorite for value and quality was Isola Bella Italian Eatery. Really good Italian food. We had a reservation. The place was packed with people waiting to be seated. We were seated almost immediately. If you want to experience a real bar go to the Anchor Inn. Dress down, it is full of locals and smoking is allowed. If you want to eat in, they plenty on pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. Lastly the hosts were attentive and responded positively to all our questions and requests.

Modern decor with a beachy vibe, is how I would describe this beautiful condo. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to some really great restaurants and shops on Bridge Street. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs provided for relaxing on the beach each day. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting an amazing vacation on Anna Maria Island.

Had a delightful week at this condo. We sought a simple getaway of sitting on the beach and walking the beach. Was perfect. Location was awesome and low crowds despite “spring break”. Publix nice and close for food. Loved proximity to Longboat and Armand, but was surprised about the impact of 2024 hurricanes on Armand shipping (half the places closed). Surely that will improve. Great 13mi primary to SRQ airport. Parking at condo is awesome and very short walk to beach. Really liked having chairs and umbrellas and not having to rent. That was big. Only improvement we could suggest is that would be nice to leverage some condiments and “basic” foodstuffs (spices, etc) in the kitchen. Such an awesome kitchen for cooking in, which we did a few times. But had to buy olive oil, seasonings, etc. Would be really nice to have these on hand and easy to implement. The kitchen is so nice it kinda “demands” you use it and especially since AMI is small with restaurant options. All in all, loved it. Thank you ! .

Amazing!!!

Debbie was beyond accommodating and the BEST to help us find a perfect vacation stay. The location is unbeatable. The pool was so warm and added to the luxury of this home. The kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms as well. Ample beach towels, beach toys, and the view is spectacular. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Lovely Gulf Views

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo came with beach chairs and umbrellas which was a great bonus. We did not need them, but there were a view beach toys also. The condo is comfortable and very clean. We had to contact the owner because we could not find a sink stopper for the kitchen sink, and we had a timely response and the problem was solved quickly. You can't beat the views and proximity to the beach - you are ON it! :) Thank you for the wonderful stay here!
