  • This Totally Remodeled Unit is located on the 2nd floor end unit is a 2 minute walk to the inviting sands of the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island and one block west of the bay. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the Guest room, with sleeper sofa in the living room Enjoy a full kitchen and full bath, and washer/dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella is provided.

    This is a great economical winter destination for snowbirds, or a nice weekly/weekend rental for the family Community pool with access just out your front door and free Wi-Fi is included. Easy access to free island trolley service, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to the beach. NO Pets/NO Smoking.

    Rates shown are base rents that include utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fees, Internet fees if not provided by Owner, sales/resort taxes and pet fees if applicable. Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received.

    Rates are based on a four (4) person occupancy. Any additional guests will be charged a $25.00 per person fee, per day.
