Steps from our beautiful sandy white beaches. This second floor 2 BR/2 BA condo has a beautiful view of the pond looking from your balcony.

- Featuring an open floor plan from kitchen to living room.
- Sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.
- Master bedroom has a king bed and TV.
- The guest bedroom has twin beds and TV.
- Carpet in both bedrooms.
- Fully furnished with all the comforts of home.
- Ceramic tile flooring throughout the common areas.

- Ceiling fans in kitchen and living room.
- TV in living room with DVD.
- Full size washer and dryer in condo.

Unit provides the following: 6 Beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, floats, beach toys, skimboards and tennis rackets.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

**All amenities except the pickleball court will not be available at this time until further notice.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, Bocce Ball, Pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI and internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.


Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales/resort taxes and pet fees, if applicable.

When we arrived, we found the housekeeping was not up to our expectations! Sand in both showers, "colored liquid" down the shower wall that was left unattended. One pillowcase seemed like it had been laundered, but had some light stains that were quite visible. One dish towel had something stuck on it, and it had been laid out as a display towel. The storage closet was jammed full of broken, sand covered items, flowing out the door. We contacted management and they had the cleaning crew come back to correct items that were brought up, unfortunately we had to wait until the next day.They cleaned out the broken items in the storage closet, and brought us new chairs to use the next day. They brought brand new dish towels to replace the ones that had something stuck to them.We washed sheets that were in a closet to replace what was on the bed so we could sleep the first night. We bought pillows for that first night also. Management did respond to our concerns, but it was the next day. We regret having to deal with this as soon as we arrived.

This is a very nice unit. Updated and enlarged kitchen, lots of towels and supplies. Clean, quiet. Definitely would recommend. Just note that it is on the 2nd floor.

Deceptively Spacious

My main hesitation when I booked this was that it was too small for a family of 4. That was not at all the case. Ample room for us to relax and play. Highly recommend!

Quite condo super close to beautiful beach!

We’ve stayed at RunAway Bay before, it’s a perfect condo for a family of 4! Easy beach access right across the road plus a nice pool on the property. We enjoyed our week in room 209!

Runaway Bay

Had a horrible experience w checkin after traveling all day. Answering service for Wagner realty kept hanging up on me. Then just put me on hold. No way to reach Wagner for parking passes. We checked in on Sunday. After a rocky check-in, we found the unit very clean. Very comfortable. Right across the street from the beach. Lawn chairs available. Nice heated clean pool. Comfortable beds. Would rent again if available.

Relaxing, great location, clean

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable condo. Right across the street from the beach, this condo overlooks a small lagoon. We appreciated the peaceful mornings and evenings on the balcony. The beach was the perfect spot for playing, lounging, or walking. Loved it!
