Jump on the free Anna Maria Island Trolley, which runs all the way from Coquina Beach in the south to Anna Maria City Pier in the north, to explore the island and spend the day beach-hopping, or work on your tan close to home at the complex pool and hot tub.



    Brew some coffee each morning and relax in the Florida sunshine on any of three decks with views of either the gleaming Gulf waters or the pool below. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, abundant natural light, and modern furnishings. Use the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up some breakfast, then sit down for a meal together in the dining room. When it’s time to head for the beach, don’t forget to grab the thoughtfully provided beach gear, including chairs and an umbrella.

Awesome condo

Loved being so close to the beach where we could all come and go during the day. The Gulf was clear and warm. We found many fun places to eat. This is our second time in this specific condo.

Amazing location on AMI

Loved being able to see the bay and the beach at the same time! Great house layout. It was an easy walk right a toss the street with plenty of great restaurants within minutes.

Wonderful! Everything was clean, up to date, and easy to use/ access. The free public beach access was directly across the street, so close! And the free trolley stops were directly across the street (south bound) and about 1/3 block down the road (north bound), so very easy to access. Beach towels and a hose to rinse sand off by the front door were provided too. The owner also replied immediately to a question I had regarding the place after we booked it. My only negative comment is that the mattress on the twin bed closer to the window was not good, at least for an adult (the other mattresses were good/ fine though).

Great location. Could walk to a few restaurants and rented a golf cart for the rest of the island. Also parked golf cart inside garage.

Relax, Swim and Eat

Excellent location..one minute walk to Gulf. Beautiful views from both balconies. Well kept. Beach chairs and toys in garage were nice to have. Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our family of 6.

Amazing find

This place was amazing. The condo was very clean. Practically on the beach (just had to cross the road). They had beach chairs and umbrellas and toys for the little ones. No need to bring any dishes. All of the T.V.’s were smart tv’s. We will definitely be coming back.

Beach Life

The condo was clean,spacious, and in a great location. It is disappointing that we had issues that were never resolved during our stay, despite calling and texting the numbers provided.

Birthday Weekend

The location is great 👍 The property was clean; the bedrooms were sufficient for 6 adults; we would still like to find a condo with 3 queen size beds instead of a bedroom with singles. The condo supplied all the necessary amenities needed for a great stay. Never located the pool, but was not interested in it. There is a view of the ocean from the decks. Definitely would rebook this one. We go to the island 3 times a year; first time staying at Bermuda Bay Club. 👍😊 Absolutely love Anna Maria Island, Florida❤

Beautiful place…only issue was the garage fuse kept popping. So the golf cart was having problems charging. Minor issue.

Spacious Rental

This is a very well maintained and spacious rental in a perfect location on AMI. The beach is directly across the street and Bridge Street is just south, Publix just a bit north. We rented a car and a golf cart so the two car garage was great! We had three teenagers with us and everyone had enough room. The kitchen was ideal for making breakfast and lunch daily during our stay. This is the first time we have rented a VRBO through Vacasa and that did concern me but it was not a problem. If text Vacasa it seems to be a bot so I would recommend calling. In other VRBO rentals I have been able to get a late check out as long as no one else was checking in the next day but this rental does not allow it at all and will charge for early check in. It is a little less personal of an experience but again, no real issues. Overall, this place was wonderful and we had a great week at the beach.
