Pelican Cove Condominiums also offers a heated pool, hot tub, a full-size tennis court and has a private boat dock which doubles as a fishing pier. This unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, full-size washer & dryer, cable TV/WiFi, and a shared heated pool & spa. But, it doesn't stop there! This unit has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico where you can take in the breathtaking sunsets from your spacious, private, screened balcony not to mention you can also enjoy the gulf view from the living & dining areas. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and screened private balcony that overlooks the pool. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, and futon.
