The bright open living spaces and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances make gathering together effortless, whether you're preparing breakfast before the beach or enjoying dinner after a day of adventure.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms plus a spacious game room with a sleeper sofa, allowing up to eight guests to relax in style. Every bedroom and the game room include Smart TVs, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

Step outside to your screened tropical backyard where the private pool can be heated during the cooler months. Whether you're swimming, lounging poolside, or enjoying the peaceful neighborhood, Soul Shine offers the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy Florida living.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and everything needed for a carefree stay are provided.

Up to 2 dogs (45 lbs. max) are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties and events are not permitted unless approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests may occupy the property.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Pet Policy – Up to 2 dogs welcome (45 lbs. max). Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
