Charming, comfortable house in convenient location

The location is great to get to beach and dining spots, or walking in nearby preserves or neighborhood. The house is charming, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. [Cortez fish market has great fish.] Two of us enjoyed our week stay in January. The living room and lanai are very well furnished with cosy corners and the house could accommodate well a family with children.

Convenient location

The house has everything that you need. We appreciated that we didn't have to buy supplies for the beach. Jay was very accommodating and responded very quickly to things we asked. The house is located close to Anna Maria Island, and has so many store options, and restaurants The first impression is everything and the outside of the house needs work.

Clean and Comfortable with easy access to AMI and Bradenton

The house was as described in listing. It was very well stocked, and had everything we needed. The owner also had beach chairs, towels, beach toys for kids etc. It is in a very nice, and safe neighborhood. Check-in and check out instructions were very clear, and easy to follow. A very helpful notebook is available with instructions, local restaurants, emergency numbers, etc. The pool was clean, and refreshing. Holmes Beach is approximately 10-12 minute drive away. We highly recommend this property.

This place is the perfect location inbetween Cortez and Manatee. Quick access to either bridge to get to the beach. The house was very clean and well kept. Could use a pack and play for future guests under 2 :)

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood!

This house is lovely! It has a well-stocked kitchen so you can cook (often lacking in rentals). The neighborhood is great and not one but two neighbors welcomed us. Jay was kind enough to allow us to check in a couple hours early since our flight arrived in the morning. Our stay was perfect. I can't think of a single thing to improve about the property, and that's pretty rare!!

This place was newly redone and had all of the conveniences of home. Place was stocked with everything you would need to have a great stay. Owner was very responsive and nice. One suggestion is to stock a blow dryer. Would rent again.

Month of work / vacation

My wife and I spent a month at this property with 2 week’s working/ 2 weeks vacation. The dining room area was perfect for my remote work. Outside area around pool was quiet and relaxing. Location is perfect for quick access to beaches. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful making for nice walking or biking. House was clean and kitchen well stocked.

Our First Vrbo stay

This was our 1st Vrbo rental property, it was fantastic. Jay, our host was excellent, communication, assistance when needed was second to none. We stayed 30+ days, the home delivered on all our expectations, the pool, though not heated, average temperature was between 76-82, being from Michigan, was used frequently. He very much enjoyed our time here, and hopefully to return for future trips. A+ from us.

Family Getaway

Overall the house was nice and centralized to everything. Everything was provided we didn’t have to buy much! There was a stinch in the hallway bathroom that we couldn’t get rid of even with bleach and air freshener. The sink was slow to drain as well but overall it was a good stay.

Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants

We were in search of a place near family in Bradenton that would be close to the beautiful beaches the area has to offer, and this property checked all the boxes. The check-in process and keyless entry are very convenient. The pool is absolutely beautiful, but the landscaping needs some attention. There are multiple dead plants and trees that need removed and lots of weeds growing up between the patio pavers. The inside of the home did not feel clean, especially the kitchen, guest (hallway) bathroom and the flooring throughout. We were also a bit surprised by the “third bedroom” given it has no door and there isn’t even enough room to keep a suitcase in there beside the bed.

A great house with a great owner!

My family and I stayed here right after Hurricane Idalia. We were concerned that there may not be power and possible damage/etc. The owner Jay went above and beyond with updates letting us know about the storm and the property. Luckily everything was great! The house was clean. We were quite surprised with the amount of items stocked in the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. We were located close to several different beaches. I would highly recommend this place! Thanks for giving our family a home to enjoy for the week!

Great place for our family

Our family of 5 had the best time at this beautiful Florida home. The home was so comfortable and perfect for our family. We loved having our own pool! It was a great size. And we loved that it was enclosed. The house is in a great location. Great neighborhood to take morning walks or go running. There is a Publix grocery store and great restaurant (Danny’s pizzeria - try the garlic knots!) nearby. We loved the comfort & layout of the home. It had everything we wanted - a great pool, nice kitchen, dining room, lots of options for watching movies and shows, an enclosed patio for reading & meals and a great pool area to enjoy the sunny days. It was fresh and clean. We appreciated the extra bonuses, such as umbrellas, chairs & a cooler to take to the beach, board games & 3 TVs. Plus the host was friendly and accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. Great location, too - we were able to go to 6 different beaches, visit Sarasota, Venice, Anna Marie Island and St. Petersburg. Don’t miss the Mote Museum and Aquarium and the Robinson Preserve!

Very convenient location

This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood which is close to absolutely everything. Grocery store, restaurants, gym, and beach are all a 5-10 minute drive. The house is clean and comfortable, and the property manager, Jay, was always available to provide assistance or answer questions. Thanks for a relaxing week.

Ian couldn’t stop this stay

Scheduled to arrive days after Ian came through the area, Jay went out of his way to assure us that the house and the area was ready for our visit. He even went out to survey AMI and some of the places we were hoping to stop at and recommended a restaurant that we never would have known about that we all enjoyed. The house came through the storm virtually unscathed and Jay was a very accommodating host. It was our third visit and definitely not the last.
