Here at Beach Vibes you can unwind and sip poolside with your oasis pond view or go out and catch a paddle board rental at Palma Sole Causeway 7 minutes away and head over to the Anna Maria Oyster Bar-Cortez on your way back all within close vicinity!
Guests have the choice of visiting several close beaches in the area. Take the time to venture out to each one's unique discoveries! Once on Anna Maria Island, there is a free Trolley which runs up and down the island as well as the Monkey Bus which also provides free transportation anywhere on the island.
If you are up for a day out, visit the local bars, boutiques, restaurants and head over to Historic Bridge Street on Anna Maria Island and its blocks of fun or visit its fine sand beach while shelling.
Beach umbrella, chairs and towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies.
Pool Heating is complementary from November 1 through April 30 to approximately 85-87 degrees. Warmer pool temperatures may be available for a fee depending on ambient air temperatures.

Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional documents to verify your identity. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:
1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more
c. For stays that are for rental periods of more than 30 days, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.
2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.
For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.
