This vacation rental is suitable for any traveler eager to experience Bradenton as the locals do with pristine amenities and an ideal location near all the fun.

*Pool heating is optional, for an additional, non-refundable fee of $25 per day to be paid prior to check-in.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note, if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, kitchen island, blender

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, air conditioning, beach chairs/umbrella/towels, central heating, extended stays welcome, hair dryers

FAQ: Exterior security cameras, ground floor, step-free access. BBQ tank with propane provided for guests. Propane may be refilled at Ace Hardware on Cortez Road or Walmart.

PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles), street parking
*As per local bylaws, RV's and boat trailers are not permitted on the property.
