Welcome to Champion Retreat, by Stayawhilewithus! Aptly named, our home was once owned by the renowned tennis champion, Ivan Lendl. So when staying with us, you can rest assured that you'll have the ultimate 5-star experience.

In addition to the home's luxurious history, you'll be blown away by its incredible location in the heart of Bradenton, Florida. It is nestled within minutes of the world renowned IMG Sports Academy (3.4 miles) and within walking distance to the IMG Academy Golf Club (0.4 miles), 7.6 miles to Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island with its crystal blue waters and fine white sands, 7.4 miles to the magnificent Downtown Bradenton area, and so much more.

When staying with us, you'll get to experience Bradenton with all that it has to offer, from great places to shop and dine to its numerous family-friendly activities and nightlife hotspots.

And did we forget? Our home has its own game room, equipped with a Pacman, a foosball table and a shuffleboard. We even have toys and board games to keep the little ones entertained. So in case of a rainy day, you needn't worry about having fun when stuck indoors.

BEDROOMS
Boasting five tastefully decorated bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, Champion Retreat is the ideal home to host you and your family. And laying back and relaxing in any one of our bedrooms will serve as the perfect end of your day full of adventure. You can even binge some Netflix while snuggling under the warm blankets.

We also have a private office with a designated workspace, for our guests who need to work remotely when staying with us.

FURRY FRIENDS
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the pool.

KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (one Ring doorbell located at the front door, and one Ring flood by the right side of the garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
