"Stayed with my fam for two nights as we enjoyed the Bradenton beaches. Room was what we needed for the price of $100 a night. Nothing super fancy but solid and close to gulf and Manatee River boardwalk. Hardwood floors were nice vs carpet. We could tell the room had been remodeled. AC unit cranked 72 cold the whole time. Loved the extra seating (desk chair and sitting chair. No bfast (ignore the recent review that included that false detail). Best part is it’s across the street from a phenomenal Latin market, cafeteria, and bakery! Cafe con leche, carnitas, and other deliciousness are in walking distance! This made the location worth it for us! "
