The whole complex was great it was quiet and the condo was fantastic. The only thing I could say that I wish there was would be kids dishware all the cups were glass and plates ceramic but over all was a pleasant experience.

Just the Best

Has to be one of the best properties in the Shorewalk Community. Ervin is a great host and insures your stay is the best it can be. We have stayed in this property many times and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend this property, or any other property Ervin is a part of without any reservation.

Host was very accommodating and condo beautifully upgraded. Location was convenient to all types of businesses, nature preserves and beaches. We are walkers and easy to find trails.

Everything with this stay was excellent and what they said it would be. My only issue was that the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress could use to be updated. I would definitely stay here again.

Warm weather get away

Clean, bright, end-unit condo was great for our spring break vacation. Our daughter loved the pools and we loved the close proximity to Anna Maria Island, Mote Marine Lab, St Armands, and all of the great restaurants and beaches in the area. Coquina Beach was fantastic with dolphins in view the whole day we were there. We'll be back.

Loved It!

Condo was immaculate and well-stocked. We especially loved the screened in porch where we could watch the birds, turtles and fish in the pond below. Ervin was the perfect host--responsive but never intrusive--and check-in was a breeze! Property is in a central location a short drive to everything. I would definitely recommend this property and host for your next get away.

Perfect getaway

The pictures were exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean and perfect when we arrived. The host got back to us ASAP if we had a question or problem. Very close to many attractions and the beach. Everyone we met was very friendly, and the people in the clubhouse were very nice and helpful. Many activities to do on the grounds. Had a great 3 weeks relaxing!

Lovely place!

The condo was lovely and met our expectations from the pics online. It is very central to all shopping and dining options. Kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. Couldn’t really get hot water out of kitchen faucet, so was thankful for the dishwasher. Having the washer/dryer was extremely helpful for drying beach towels.

Perfect place to play in paradise

Upon walking in the place was spotless and smelled clean!! It was close to Anna Maria Island, about a 10-15 minute drive. The pool was heated and so nice for our cooler days. Everything hou could need is such a short trip, and even beyter a walk to publix. The bed was super comfortable and my son, 7, loved the lanai. I will definitely plan to stay here again. Also, they are quick to get in contact with any questions, very promt and professional!!! Great place that was accomedating and affordable!!

Super Condo

This was our second stay in this condo and we are looking forward to our next stay. Everything about our rental was a 5 star plus. The condo is conveniently located to stores and shops and less than 15 minutes to the beach. The condo itself is like new with excellent furnishings, very comfortable bed, a great Kitchen and a wonderful master bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend this property and you will have a wonderful experience with the owner who is always prompt in his communications.

Great place that I would highly recommend to anyone. Modern, clean, great location, easy access, and parking. Close proximity to beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. Two nice pools and a jacuzzi on site, very nice. Great communication from the owner and very easy instructions for check in and check out. We loved our stay here and would def like to come back for a future vacation. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the strict no alcohol policy at the pool....and the very rude lady policing it. 80 degrees, sunny, on vacation, and at the pool and you can't enjoy a cold beer? C'Mon.

Accurate to the description

Very precise to what the ad says and looks like. Really peaceful. We spent more time on the back patio overlooking the pond than at the beach ...only 12 minutes away...or in the pool area. It was quiet and serene and exactly what we were looking for. The unit is very spacious, with a huge open area kitchen. Very comfortable beds, clean and basic. Ervin was super attentive with communication and responded right away when we had questions. Would definitely stay again. Super value for what we got. Thanks Ervin

Perfect condo for sun and fun in Bradenton

Ervins wonderful condo scores big with a tastefully interior and is thoughtfully equipped so theres nothing left to be desired, while being located in a perfect spot to enjoy all of Bradenton close by great offerings, restaurants, beaches, nightlife and shopping. And cherry on top - Ervin's an awesome host, always caring, being responsive and helpful with so many things! Its 6 out of 5 stars!Thanks for having us ! We re already looking forward to return soon :)

It was very nice place . But we had one paper towel for the two nights and 3 days. One towel each . So we could have used more supplies. And towels . Also had to bring our own pillows cause there’s were feather and at are allergic. Think they could have changed them out .

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The property is as advertised. Location was good. Close to a number of restaurants and a short drive to the beaches. The property owner was very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had.
