Modern Beach House

  • Located just minutes away from lovely Bradenton Beach! Enjoy wonderful restaurants, shopping and a close proximity to the airport, all set in a quiet location. Our established neighborhood has a heated pool, tennis courts and a playground with a quick walk down the block. Community amenities are gated and secure with fob use. Newly remodeled townhouse has all you need to relax. Enjoy coffee or a glass of wine in the covered lanai while looking at the wildlife on the pond or soak up some A/C inside with on of the smart TV's located all throughout the property. Vacation is calling!
