This 2 bedroom apartment is a cozy and comfortable place for your stay in Bradenton. The apartment is located at the Everest Gardens (behind the pool, 1 Floor unit) . Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs , spacious closets and a laundry room.A nice living room and dining area also with a full kitchen. The apartment is near road 64 not far from local restaurants, Walmart and Costco.

Never saw property- owner canceled it
We were all set to stay- getting on the airplane when the owner texted and told ME to Cancel , that he had family staying and I could not use the unit. It took a few messages back and forth- late at night- to get him to understand I was outside the window to cancel HE had to do it. He finally did and we were refunded the money, but we were left without a place to stay. **I couldn't Post this review without saying cleanliness and neighborhood- I gave Those 3 stars because I figured That was medium- we did not see the property.

Booked the property then get a call from the owner, the night before I am supposed to stay saying that I can't stay because he has family staying there what a pain trying to make alternate arrangements at the last minute.

This was an apartment in a lower income community the contact whom received payment did not communicate with property management my adult son and I were intercepted by a tow truck whom was directed by the property management to impound our vehicle and golf cart because we did not have permission to be on premises therefore were were allowed 30 minutes to retrieve our personal belonging and leave the premise of have our vehicle and cart towed at owners expense this occurred at 11:20 pm and loosing a whole day of rental and payment

Great Pool
Pool was highlight. Owner was very congenial and courteous. A pleasure to deal with. Apartment could be improved by adding newer pans, serving bowls, pot holders, towel bar racks in bathroom. Garbage bags and dish soap to use. Convenience to pool was best feature.

The owners did a good job renovating on the inside but we were kind of shocked at the outside issues. Not a well kept area and we didn't feel comfortable. Parking was ok but no directions from the owners or household guide book etc. The lock situation was strange and not well communicated to us. Things were clean but as I said we were not totally comfortable with amenities..only one towel ( thank goodness we had taken beach towels or we wouldn't have all had a towel) and a couple of old hand towels and washcloths. The bathroom needs some remodeling attention next as the shower was not very nice. Kitchen was missing a few essentials and the pool was closed. The pool wasn't really advertised but was in the description so we expected a usable pool. Great location to get to Spring training games but not very comfortable when you were there. I would not take kids to this VRBO. Overall it was the most disappointing part of our trip to FL.
