Large family home 5 miles from Anna Maria island with heated pool, game room with pool table and large yard. Two air conditioners, new sofa set and beautiful landscaping. Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill and outdoor eating area. Come enjoy a sunny Florida getaway in this fantastic, freshly renovated home with a private master suite. Just a few short miles from the beaches, downtown Bradenton, DeSoto National Park, Robinson Preserve,awesome golf and much much more.

NO CLIMBING THE ROOF. NO THROWING CIGARETTE BUTTS IN YARD.MUST CLEAN UP AFTER PETS. MUST PLACE TRASH AT CURB IN PROPER CONTAINERS AFTER STAY.
USE OF POOL HEATER NEEDS TO BE ARRANGED PRIOR. THERE IS A FEE FOR USAGE AND POOL HEATER WILL ONLY WARM AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE DURING VERY COLD DAYS.
