Welcome to our beautiful Coco's Dream, a canal front home located just 5 minutes from Anna Maria Island and its award winning beaches.

You, your family and friends will love the oversized private heated pool, which measures almost 40 feet long and 20 feet wide. Cast your fishing line into water by the canal and cook your catch of the day on the outdoor BBQ, or grab your favorite beverage and watch the tides come and go.

The home offers two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a full size bed and full bathroom across the hallway.

Lovely property but showers are a death trap

Both showers are so slippery you have to cling to the walls to avoid falling. Be careful!

Great Stay for Christmas Break!

Had a great stay for the Christmas break. Home is in a great location to AMI and beaches and of o purse has a wonderful pool. Location on the channel is great, caught 8 different species of fish off of the dock. Would recommend owners add a ladder in the event anyone walks/falls off the pier into the water. Kitchen had most of what you’ll need for a week but prepare to bring/buy basics like salt/pepper, and any other spices. The shed had some nice things for the beach like chairs, kids sand toys which was helpful as we couldn’t bring much flying. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing vacation

Excellent place to stay with family and friends, the house is very clean and very nice oversized heated pool, I would recommend this wonderful place that is only 5 minutes from the beach.

Could use some updating

Place and layout was nice. Pool was great, except for the annoying floor cleaner that was not allowed to be taken out. Rugs in main area were so dirty. Surprised they havent been replaced. I have pictures. This place made us wash all of our towels and dishes. Not sure why. We pay for a cleaning fee. Kitchen could use a few more things. Communication with property manager was not easy. Only 1 pillow per person. No extras. Just felt for what we paid what they provided was on the cheap end. One roll of toilet paper, etc.

Fun in the sun

We stayed at Coco’s Dream for a week for our family vacation and I can tell you it was a dream come true. The oversized pool in the backyard was amazing. The kids hardly wanted to leave the house. We will definitely book here again.

Beautiful home

We all loved the Cortez home. Perfect for 3 generations of family. The weather was a little chilly, but we still sat by the pool most days. The pictures for the home were exactly as posted. Really better then!! We felt like it was “like home” of course it was pricey, but well worth it!!

Perfect getaway!

This was a perfect vacation spot for us - quiet neighborhood, large pool to cool off in, and a dock to fish from! The house itself was exactly the right size for two adults and two teenagers. No one wanted to leave…we would definitely stay here again!☀️🌊🎣🦎

Great vacay home

Outdoor pool, patio and dock are very nice for swimming and enjoying the weather when it cooperates and bonus canal wildlife ! The home is very cute with charming beach vibe and the location is great! The kitchen is somewhat stocked but yet missing some basics was a little frustrating doing so much laundry and dishes to ever have enough to use during a “vacation” such as very few bath towels and no dishcloths - it was nice having plenty of pool/beach towels. overall would recommend and we enjoyed our stay

Family Vacay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kids/in-law found the pool vacuum a tad annoying & in the way however I understood the purpose of it staying in the pool working to keep it clean. The only other suggestion would be from my daughter/son-n-law suggesting a shower curtain in master bedroom (leading out to the pool area). No barrier made for chilly showers.

Beautiful sunsets

The Home is beautiful! We enjoyed a week with Son and his family. Rented a pontoon boat from Life is good boat rentals, and we were able to keep it moored at the dock! Spent time at the beaches, took evening boat cruises, and did some fishing. The management company was great with the only issue we had which was the pool light timer. Oh and the pool is incredible! We’ll stay again if we get the opportunity!

Loved this property

The property was perfect and had everything that was stated in the description. It was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the outside and pool the most. It was beautiful while we were there so we were able to us the pool everyday. Anna Marie Island was a very short drive or bike ride away and the beaches were wonderful. We met some neighbors who actually took us out for a ride on their boat. We will come back again.!

Hurricane Idalia

Property was great. Parking the trailer was tricky. There was a Mandatory Evacuation order due to Hurricane Idalia. We arrived late Saturday, and received the evacuation order Monday morning. There was no vacation. It would be awsome if they installed cleats on the dock to tie the boat with dock lines.

Beautiful Outdoor/Pool Area

This is a very nice property. It is very well decorated, and conveniently located for quick access to Anna Maria Island. The outdoor area is just outstanding. Best pool I've seen in a long time. Overall, we were very comfortable in this property, and would stay here again. There were a handful of small issues that prevent a 5-star rating overall.....things like throw rugs that need cleaning, a shower with hair in the drain, an informational tablet that was not charged, a fire pit that would not light (this was quickly replaced by the manager), no blender, and the stove which is old and needs to be replaced, which was a total disconnect from the rest of the house. Again, nothing big, but just a little more attention to cleaning detail would elevate this property to a 5-star review.

Week Stay

We stayed here for a week this past June 2023, the place was everything it was listed as and more. We were surprised with the beautiful fire pit on the dock. That was great since the no see ums were pretty bad at night. The master bed was really comfortable. The only thing that I wasn’t pleased with was the water pressure in the showers. (Really a minor issue). I was also surprised with the shed and all of the pool floats, tons of beach gear that we could take with us for a beach day. I don’t think that was listed, so it was a nice surprise. It took 5-6 min to get to the actual island, little more time to get to whatever beach you choose to visit. I would 10/10 recommend this place, and it was so nice that we will most likely return. Our first trip to AMI was great, all the outside amenities at the house were great for the days you didn’t want to leave. My husband and son fished every night from the dock. I’ve already recommended this place to multiple friends who have loved our pics of the house/stay.

Great outdoors, Interior needs major updates

The interior of the home needs updating. Bathrooms need to be update, mold around shower inclosure was found in 2 of the bathrooms. Water pressure was low. The pillowcase on one the the beds was dirty with a stain and had to be washed immediately. There were no extra linens to change the pillowcase. Mattresses need to be updated also. House has a musty smell. Unable to open windows, they were stuck shut and also no screens in the windows even if you could open them. Kitchen was missing some common items such as a Kuerig and some common pans. The outside of the home is what makes this home. It is beautiful.

Wonderful place! Had a wonderful time!

We booked this house 2 days before our trip on a whim; I saw the pictures online and thought the pool must look bigger in the pictures than what it is in real life, but when we got there we confirmed that, NO! this pool is huge! The outside space is so wonderful! The pergula with swing was enjoyable, the seating around the pool was plenty. The house is very comfortable. Spacious rooms with convenient bathrooms for all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The views from the dining table was so nice in the morning, we enjoyed eating breakfast there. There was only 1 negative thing I found and a few suggestions that would've taken the 4 to 5 stars. 1. Only bad thing is there was no gas for the grill or fire pit. We did refill both, you're welcome for the next guests coming in. 😁 2. There were no soaps, shampoo or body wash provided in bathrooms. We are used to it being provided we didn't bring any, and had to make a special trip to Publix just for this. 3. The floor in the patio is very slippery when wet, both my husband and my 10 year old fell because they were wet from the pool, so be careful! I'd suggest they seal it for non slip or put a thin wet/dry carpet in that area. 4. The vacuum was not working. I know we paid a cleaning fee but we like to keep our living quarters clean, we swept but the vaccum didn't suction at all, and no mop, could be fixed with a swifter mop and a working vac. Overall, it was wonderful and we'll be back again for sure!
